Seventh grade students in Mrs. Edwards’s English are reading the classic novel “The Outsiders.” The narrator, Ponyboy, is a poetry loving gang member and recites a famous Robert Frost poem to a friend. These 7th graders earned extra credit by memorizing and reciting that same poem, “Nothing Gold Can Stay.” Nice work!

The 6th Grade Steam class got a visit from two College and Career Advisors, Jeff Beiswinger and James Webster. The students got to code with Ozobots. They did a practice template and then they got to design their own coding maze. It was such a great experience for all of the students. Thank you, Jeff Beiswinger and James Webster for coming to our school.
