The Harrisburg Bulldogs under Coach Tessia Balke have been working hard this week. They open up on August 26th at the Hallsville Tournament. Bulldogs will play in the Fayette Jamboree on August 22nd.

The Harrisburg Lady Bulldog golfers are perfecting their game with Coach Jackie Wardrip this week. Bulldogs open up at Centralia GC on August 28th!!!

The Harrisburg Cross Country team is preparing for another great season under Coach Whitaker. The Bulldogs open up on August 30th at the Fleet Feet Invite in Chesterfield!!!!

We are two weeks away from Week 1 of Friday Night Lights!!! Harrisburg opens up on the road at Cabool on August 25th!!! You can see the Bulldogs next Friday at the Fayette Jamboree at CMU on August 18th.

Students are required by State Law to be current on all immunizations before entering school and to remain in compliance throughout their school years. If they are not, they will not be allowed into school (or to continue) unless an exemption is signed by the parent/guardian or physician. For more specific information regarding immunizations and exemptions, please contact Jackie Wardrip. ***All incoming K, 8th, & 12th graders have required immunizations. Reminder for all Middle school football players: equipment pass out will be Wednesday August 9th from 5-7 PM. Please bring your physical. Pull into elementary parking lot and locker room door will be open

Harrisburg youth football kicked off tonight for 3rd-6th graders!!! Coach Bachmeier & Coach Smiley worked with 36 players tonight. #FutureBulldogs

Practice begins for youth football tomorrow night, August 1st, at 6:00 pm until 7:15 pm at the Lion’s Club. Players may still register tomorrow night with Coach Bachmeier

We are one week away from HS sports & activities beginning at Harrisburg. Make sure your student-athlete is prepared. For those students who plan to participate in sports, spirit, & marching band in the upcoming 2023-24 school year, here is a list of requirements you must have completed to participate 1. MSHSAA Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation Form (valid for 2 years from the date of the physical) * Only need to return the last page to the school https://www.mshsaa.org/resources/SportsMedicine/MSHSAA-PPE-MH-SSMB.pdf 2. Need to provide proof of insurance for the student (Annually) 3. Pay the $25 activity fee for the 2023-24 school year. It is a one-time fee for the entire year. (Checks payable to Harrisburg Schools)
