Today is our monthly PTO meeting at 6 p.m. in the elementary/middle school library. If you can't make it in person here is the link to follow.

PTO is an preK-12th grade parent/teacher organization that fundraises and supports the school district. Without their help we would not have many of the technologies or classroom items in the classroom that we do now. If you can't make it tonight please try to join us another month. We can always use your help and input.

I've created a New Monthly PTO Zoom link.

TEACHER FEATURE TUESDAY: This week’s featured teacher is Ms. Jodie Bass. Jodie graduated from Central Methodist University in May 2025 and joined our middle school teaching staff this fall. Although this is her first year teaching, she is already a familiar face in Harrisburg having assisted with both HS girls basketball and MS track & field last school year while finishing her degree at CMU.

Ms. Bass is teaching 7th grade Life Science and 8th grade Earth Science this year and will resume her coaching duties assisting for HS Girls basketball and MS track & field.

Some fun facts about Ms. Bass: she played on a state championship team for Coach Jaryt Hunziker, was in a commercial for the American Cancer Society when she was four, and she and her Mother were featured on the cover of Oprah Winfrey’s O Magazine.

Welcome back, Ms. Bass. We’re glad to have you on our team! #BulldawgPride
