Harrisburg Elementary students participated in Daniel Boone Regional Library's annual Design a Book Cover Contest in November. Students were asked to design an new cover for one of their favorite books. The DBRL staff selected two winners from each of the participating schools. We are excited to announce that first grader Paxton Nichols and fifth grader Reid Smith were selected as Harrisburg's winners. Their artwork is currently on display at the DBRL Columbia branch and on their website at DBRL.org. They will each receive a Barnes and Noble gift card, courtesy of DBRL.
